Every visit is by appointment. Booking is done online through Vagaro, or by calling or texting 480-359-6768 or emailing info@cpstudiollc.com, and a valid credit card is needed at booking to hold the time. New clients complete intake, waiver and cancellation forms in Vagaro beforehand and are asked to arrive 15 minutes early. New clients start with the New Client Rejuvenation Facial, a 75-minute first visit that includes skin analysis, homecare recommendations and a customized facial.

The studio offers multi-visit programs for dark spots, wrinkles, overall skin restoration and skin fitness, each with a set number of treatments over a set period. The Skin Fitness Program costs $199 per treatment: six 75-minute sessions, one every two weeks over three months, combining an oxygen facial with LED light therapy, with no downtime. It requires prescribed corrective homecare for at least two weeks before the first session. The Wrinkle Reduction Program runs eight 60-minute sessions over two months and is designed for women over 40, while the ULTIMATE Skin Restoration Program runs eight treatments over four months for clients 47 and older. Facials include VIP options listed at $159.

A Medspa membership costs $159 per month and starts with a six-month commitment, then continues month to month; cancelling after the six months requires 30 days written notice. Each month includes one of a VIP facial with dermaplaning or LED, a Time Balancing Oxygen Facial, or a no-downtime Circadia chemical peel. Members receive 15% off add-ons, upgrades and other skin services, 15% off microneedling and the dermaplaning add-on, 10% off sugaring, 20% off CP Studio brand retail products and 10% off other retail brands, plus access to member-only events. The studio states that membership saves $40 before any treatment is used.

Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours' notice for Monday through Friday appointments and seven days' notice for Saturdays. Cancelling late incurs a charge of 50% of the booked service value to the card on file, and a missed Saturday appointment without seven days' notice carries a $135 non-refundable fee. No-shows are charged the full value of the missed appointment, and arriving ten or more minutes late counts as a no-show. Late arrivals do not extend the appointment, which ends at its originally booked time.
