The studio is in Mesa, at a suite on South Alma School Road, and lists an 8:30 am opening time. Its services are grouped into six lines: Lux Brows, Lux Lashes, Lux Skin Rituals, Lux Hair Removal, Lux Massage Therapy, and A La Carte single treatments.
Brow Shaping uses an eyebrow mapping method, with the brows waxed and shaped in about 45 minutes. Brow Tint and Shape adds a dye matched to each client, and Brow Lamination and Shape is a semi-permanent styling treatment. The lamination and tint combination takes around two and a half hours.
The facial menu starts with a 30-minute Mini Glow Facial that includes a cleanse, exfoliation, mask, moisturizer and sun protection. The longer Glow Facial runs an hour or more and adds a raspberry scrub, steam, facial massage and a treatment mask, with add-on treatments available for an extra cost. Back Renewal is a one-hour back treatment with steam, cleansing, exfoliation, back massage and a custom mask.
Single treatments in the A La Carte group include dermaplaning, which removes dead skin cells and fine vellus hair in about 40 minutes, high-frequency using low-current energy in 15 minutes, and microdermabrasion with a diamond-tip wand, priced from $60. Hair removal covers bikini line, underarm, lower back, lower-half leg and full leg waxing, with times from 35 minutes to two hours. Lymphatic drainage takes 15 minutes and uses a stainless steel tool, and back massage is priced by length starting at 20 minutes.
