The salon names three guiding values: a strong client experience, the well-being of its staff, and genuine involvement in the community. It emphasizes environmentally conscious products, hair health and sustainable practices, and describes its space as relaxed and welcoming.

Pricing is a la carte, so the final ticket depends on the number of services needed, application time and product used. Prices can rise with hair length and extra product, and clients can ask their stylist about cost before a service begins. A taxable eco-fee of $2.60 applies to all services. Cancelling within 24 hours or not showing up is charged at 100% of the booked services, and a fee applies if a client arrives 20 minutes late and the stylist cannot perform the service.

The trichology practice begins with a consultation that reviews medical history, examines the scalp and hair, and includes diagnostic testing when needed. In-salon treatments include therapeutic scalp protocols, topical therapies and low-level laser therapy. Plans can include home-care routines and follow-up assessments for thinning, breakage, dandruff, inflammation and premature shedding.

CozCares sets aside 1% of profits each quarter for charities chosen by clients, with a minimum of $300 donated in quarters without profits. Each quarter focuses on a theme: social justice and equality, LGBTQIA+, local NYC, or environment and climate change.
