Eyelash extensions come in Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume styles, plus Luxury Eyelash Extensions. Classic places one extension on one natural lash, Hybrid mixes Classic extensions with hand-made Volume fans, Volume places several fine extensions hand-made into a fan on each lash, and Mega Volume uses up to 15 fine extensions per natural lash. Sets are priced by artist level: a Classic full set is listed at $120 with an associate artist, $180 with a master artist and $200 with the head artist. Fills are booked by how many extensions remain, from a quick fix or mini fill through standard and extended fills, with a foreign fill for sets done elsewhere. Extensions are usually refilled every two to three weeks.

Lash lifts curl the natural lashes against a silicone pad and come in traditional or Korean versions, each with or without tint. The Korean version uses a gentler solution, which the salon says lowers the risk of overprocessing. Lash lifts suit straight or downward-pointing natural lashes and last up to eight weeks. Brow lamination changes the direction of brow hair and lasts six to eight weeks. Permanent brow options include microblading, MicroShading (combo brows) and Ombre Powder Brows, and Lip Blushing adds fullness inside the lip without extending past the lip border. Candidacy for permanent makeup is assessed individually, and a numbing anesthetic is applied. Facial waxing covers the lip, chin, cheeks, brows and nostrils, and lash and brow tints come in a range of colors.

Booking is by phone or text, or by email. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours ahead, and a credit card is required to hold them. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice; later cancellations are charged half the reserved amount, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Lash clients should arrive with no eye makeup on, and mascara is not recommended with extensions. Clients coming from another lash studio should book a New Client Fill, which allows more consultation time. Service times vary by artist, so clients are asked to call or text for exact timing. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Each client's look is customized after the artist listens to what the client wants and needs. Eyelash extensions are applied by isolating each natural lash and placing one extension on it.
