The menu is organized into Million Dollar Brows and Million Dollar Lashes, with combination packages that pair lamination, lifting, tint and design, plus a lash tint on its own. Each service includes a mini consult. A lash lift alone usually takes about an hour, and about an hour and a half with tint. Gift cards are available in $50, $100 and $200 amounts, and a 24K gold collagen eye mask can be added to any service.

Before a first visit, clients are asked to let their brows grow out for at least four weeks, to arrive with makeup removed, and to take out contacts or glasses if needed. A patch test about 15 minutes long can be booked 24 hours ahead, and it is optional. After a lash lift, clients should avoid mascara other than Elleevate mascara, extreme heat and getting lashes wet for 24 hours. Clients using Latisse should not apply it for 24 hours before or after treatment. Anyone with certain eye conditions, recent eye surgery or certain medications is advised not to book and to check with a physician if unsure.

The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 4pm and Saturday from 9am to 2pm. Sunday and Monday are closed to clients and kept for private classes.

For beauty professionals, the business offers a 2-hour online Watch and Learn class on brow artistry and business foundations for $300, limited to 20 spots, and an in-person 4-hour Art of Brows class for $500, limited to 5 spots, which ends with a certificate of completion and a starter kit. Both are open to licensed professionals who provide documents. Class bookings need a 50% deposit, with the balance due before the class starts by cash or financing only. Payments are non-refundable but can be moved once to another date or time, and changes need at least 72 hours notice. Strategy calls by Zoom and strategy lunches or dinners, by Zoom or in person, are also offered to beauty professionals.
