Counselors Associated is a Phoenix practice that combines counseling, coaching and hypnosis under one roof. Services are offered in person at the office or remotely, so clients can choose whichever suits them.
The practice describes its approach as bringing together the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual sides of a person. Its counseling and coaching draw on evidence-based methods alongside mindfulness practices and older wisdom traditions, and the work is shaped to each client's needs, personality, values and goals.
Services span counseling for individuals and couples, retirement counseling for the years after a first career, hypnosis for habit change and pain, sexuality therapy for sexual and intimacy concerns, and consulting for executives and organizations. Beyond the office, the practice sells meditation, hypnosis and video recordings, 30-day challenges, e-book and software programs, and self-paced courses that can be started right away. New clients are asked to complete and sign an informed consent form for life coaching and bring it to the first session.
Counseling and coaching are built around each client's needs and goals, combining evidence-based methods with mindfulness and wisdom traditions across mental, emotional, physical and spiritual dimensions.
