Hormone care is physician-supervised and covers perimenopause, menopause and other hormonal changes. Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy is tailored to each person and can be delivered as pellets, topicals or patches, depending on needs and goals. Every plan begins with a full hormone panel that looks at estrogen, progesterone, testosterone and other markers, followed by an in-depth consultation with a hormone specialist and then ongoing monitoring and adjustments. Custom formulations are sourced through VCare Pharmacy, which the practice says provides them at wholesale cost. Weight management is also physician-supervised, with GLP-1 and weight loss programs that use personalized dosing, start at a lower dose, increase gradually and include regular check-ins. Pelvic care is coordinated alongside hormone treatment and includes EMSELLA, a non-invasive pelvic floor treatment done fully clothed that the practice says needs no downtime.

Aesthetic care starts with a skin assessment that looks at tone, texture, elasticity, pigmentation and skin aging at the cellular level. Clients talk through their concerns and goals, and the providers match those to the assessment results. The resulting plan can be one treatment or a phased series over time. The practice notes that hormonal shifts affect skin, hair and aging, so its aesthetic treatments are designed to address laxity, collagen loss and hair thinning. Packages are designed by the physician-led team and combine complementary services around each client's goals, such as a peel paired with Botox in one visit or a laser and facial series alternated every two weeks. Body contouring with EMSCULPT is also offered. A year-round aesthetic membership is available, which the practice says saves 35% or more on aesthetic care.

Pricing details on the site include a 45-minute injectables consultation for $100, and a 45-minute first-visit bioidentical HRT consultation at a discounted $195. A 30-minute bioidentical HRT follow-up is discounted to $100 and is for current clients only, since new clients need a consultation first. Refunds are not given for completed treatments or partly used series packages. If a series cannot be finished, the practice issues a credit for the remaining balance, usable toward retail products or future services. Clients are asked to review the practice's child policy before visiting. Saturdays are by appointment only, and the practice is closed on Sundays. The practice also hosts MFM Health's Women's Wellness Center on Wednesdays.
