The practice describes itself as known for advanced skin tightening technologies and natural-looking injectable work. It says it is an early adopter of new aesthetic technologies and sometimes brings them to Northern Virginia before they are widely available. Visits begin with a consultation with Dr. Hayre, who builds the treatment plan. The new patient cosmetic consultation costs $135, and $100 of that is non-refundable but can go toward a product or procedure bought later. Consultation credits are valid for 6 months from the first appointment. A hair rejuvenation office visit is listed at $150. Results differ from person to person. Patients should arrive 15 minutes early to fill out forms.

Services are grouped into skin treatments, laser treatments, injectables, body contouring, hair rejuvenation, and feminine rejuvenation and intimate wellness. The practice offers a Collagen Membership Program, monthly specials, and a gallery of patient work. A $150 deposit is required for a same-day procedure that needs extended treatment time, and it is applied in full to that procedure; it is refundable with at least 24 hours notice. During the holiday season from October 15 through January 1, a $100 deposit reserves appointments. A non-refundable $75 fee applies to appointments missed or cancelled within 24 hours, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may count as a no-show.

The practice sells Cutocin skincare, a line Dr. Hayre invented, including cleansers, eye creams and enhanced sunscreens. Product exchanges or refunds must be requested by calling the office within 30 days of receipt and approved before returning. Products must come back in new or gently used condition within 2 weeks of delivery, and after that only unopened or faulty products can be credited or exchanged. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer pays return shipping.

The office is at 8377B Greensboro Drive and is open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and closed on weekends. Free curbside parking is available in front of the building, and the office is not wheelchair accessible. It does not actively participate with health insurance, so payment is due at checkout, though it will submit an insurance claim on a patient's behalf if requested.
