The hair menu covers clipper cuts, haircuts with blowouts, root retouches for new growth or gray roots, all-over color, and a range of lightening and dimensional options. Highlights, dimensional color and balayage are priced from a starting point, since the final cost depends on the work involved. Toner refreshes are offered to existing clients who have had a lightening service.

The nail menu ranges from soak-off removal and gel full sets to builder gel and Gel-X extensions, which are customized in length and shape. Nail art is organized in four tiers, from minimal French tips and chrome up to hand-crafted 3D designs with flowers and charms. Nail art is an added charge on Gel-X, builder gel and gel nail services.

Booking policies are clear: clients are asked to give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows carry a fee of 50 percent of the scheduled total, and a no-show cannot book future appointments. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
