Founded in 2012 by Dena, the salon is built around young clients. Its Australian theme runs through the space, and its mascot, Corky, is a kangaroo cop.
A visit can start with choosing a ride: five themed salon cars, including a police car, a fire truck, a pink car, and a train, let children sit in a fun seat during their haircut. Older children can use one of two salon chairs with an Xbox, and a kids playroom along with Disney+, Prime Video, and Comcast keeps younger ones occupied. Every child goes home with balloons, a lollipop, and stickers.
Haircut services include bang trims, hard parts, line ups, and cut, shampoo, and blow dry. The Baby's 1st Haircut Package adds a certificate for the first haircut, a lock of hair, and a photo. The Princess Party Package suits up to six princesses and can include an up-do, makeup, manicure, and pedicure. Princess Castle offers hair, nails, toes, and makeup.
Walk-ins are welcome, and appointments can be booked by phone during business hours.
Stylists work regularly with children and keep the haircut itself as the first priority, with the aim of making each visit fun, memorable, and comfortable.
