Facials are a major part of the menu. The Spa Facial is a customized Dermalogica treatment meant to refresh and nourish the skin. The Express Glow Facial is a cleansing and exfoliating option for all skin types and is suited to acne-prone and congested skin. The Underarm Brightening Facial targets discoloration, uneven tone and rough texture in the underarm area. LuminFusion combines nanoInfusion with the Dermalogica Pro Pen, professional exfoliants, masques and LED light therapy. Clients who want guidance before booking can send two skin photos after booking and receive a product recommendation list within 24 to 48 hours. That fee covers the consultation only, and any recommended products are bought separately.

Massage and relaxation are offered in several formats. The Elegant 90-Minute Massage Therapy is $100, and the 2-Hour Ultimate Relaxation Massage is $140 and blends lymphatic drainage, hot stone therapy, detoxifying techniques and gentle stretching. Facial and full body lymphatic drainage massages and a signature Therapy by Urmila service are also available. The Selfcare package, $175 for two hours, pairs a 60-minute full-body massage with a 60-minute Pro Skin facial. Body services include full body exfoliation, offered as a scrub or an express version, and hair removal is done by waxing and threading.

Several treatments have advance preparation requirements. Clients need to stop using Retin-A, tretinoin, glycolic acid, mandelic acid or azelaic acid 15 days before a chemical peel. Laser hair removal should be finished at least 7 days before a peel. A peel done by another provider calls for a 3-week gap, and Botox calls for 2 weeks. Facial hair should not be trimmed, waxed or removed in the 72 hours before an appointment.

Dermalogica products are sold on site and online. Online orders can be cancelled within 7 days of receipt by emailing the business. Returns must be in original packaging, bought within the last 7 days, and cannot include personalized or hygiene-sensitive goods. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 days of the returned goods arriving, and the customer covers return shipping and its risk.
