Lora has worked in hair for twenty-seven years, according to the studio's About page. Earlier roles include time at Vidal Sassoon in Chicago, where she worked with high-end clients, and a salon manager position at an Ulta in North Carolina.

The studio offers a free corrective color consultation, where corrective color is quoted afterward, and a free in-person consultation. Appointments are held with a credit card. Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead, and later cancellations are charged half the service amount. No-call-no-shows are charged the full amount. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled if the service can no longer be completed in the remaining time.

Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts, or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
