There is no front desk, so clients go straight to the studio for their appointments. Free parking is available in the building garage on Level 1, and street parking is open on nearby streets when it is allowed.

Hair services are grouped under Hair. Cuts include a standard haircut with a wash and blow dry, a dry haircut for fine, straight hair that does not include a shampoo, and a short bang trim that works best with clean, dry hair. Shampoo and blow dry appointments are also offered. A treatment and a free 20-minute consultation are available as well.

All over color is a single-process color service, while custom color uses multi-process color and allows for more product. Partial and full blonding are offered at a low-impact and high-impact level. Each color and blonding service includes a Metal Detox step and a set amount of product, with extra bowls of color or lightener charged at $20 each.

Hours are Monday 10 AM to 3 PM, Thursday and Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM. The studio is closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the service fee, and no-shows are charged the full fee. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals; after that, the appointment may need to be changed or cancelled and the full charge may apply.
