Amy Litz founded the practice after about twenty years in injectables, first selling fillers and later training medspa teams nationally on CoolSculpting. Her training shapes the day-to-day: each client sees the same provider on every visit, injectors are taught to start with conservative doses, and staff are expected to turn down a treatment that isn't a suitable match. New patients get a complimentary 30-minute consultation and leave with a written long-term plan. Facial photos are taken at each visit and notes are stored in the client file. He holds board certification in plastic surgery and is a past president of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Section of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, and he directs the plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. The Skinny Shot is a weekly semaglutide self-injection, using compounded semaglutide, supervised by a physician and paired with nutrition and habit coaching. Follow-ups are monthly for the first six months and then every three months. The site says it is suited to patients with a BMI of 27 or higher who have weight-related health concerns, or a BMI of 30 or higher.
