About
Amy Litz is the founder and owner of Contoured. She has more than 20 years in the injectable industry, starting as a filler sales representative and later working as a national CoolSculpting trainer.
In that training role she taught the CoolSculpting technique to medspa staff across the country, from new injectors to veteran plastic surgeons. She keeps the same injector with each patient over time and treats the face consistently across visits. She also hires and trains the Contoured team to the same standards of continuity, restraint with dosing, and willingness to say no.
