The acne program is built around in-studio treatments every two weeks, usually lasting three to four months depending on severity. The program starts with a consultation and first treatment at $100, and each in-studio treatment is $85. Homecare products are required and are not included in the treatment cost: the starter set runs $150 to $185, with refills at $20 to $45 per product. The studio does not accept insurance, though some clients have paid with HSA accounts. Once a client has cleared, visits are spaced out to monthly and then quarterly, and some products are kept on long term. Early breakouts, sometimes called purging, can happen at the start and are described as part of clearing. The program has no age requirement, though the business notes that teens are often harder to clear and must be able to commit fully. Clients taking prescription acne medications, antibiotics or creams must stop them two weeks before starting, and clients on isotretinoin must stop it six months before. For clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, routines leave out salicylic acid, vitamin A and TCA peels.

Clients not ready for the full program can book a stand-alone acne facial with extractions for $65, or a one-hour Groupon-listed acne facial with LED light for $105. LED light therapy is also available as a single $50 session, a series of six for $280 or a series of 12 for $560, and as a $35 add-on that adds 30 minutes to any facial. The business describes a series of at least six as the most effective approach. Extractions are included in facials of an hour or longer and cost $15 when added to a 30-minute facial, but cannot be booked alone.

Procell MicroChanneling is a 60-minute treatment priced at $199, using Procell Therapies equipment with a 0.25mm needle length across the full face. A growth factor serum and hydration mask are included afterward. The business says the treatment suits all skin types with virtually no downtime and no numbing, and describes it as helping the look of acne and traumatic scars. Dermaplaning is $65 for one hour. High frequency and an ultra-sonic skin scrubber can be added to a 30-minute facial for $10 each, and both are included in a 60-minute facial.
