Bridal work starts with a trial, which runs about 90 minutes to two hours and covers a consultation, skin analysis, lashes, complexion, eye makeup and lip color. The trial is recommended but not required; without one, a complimentary 15-minute Zoom consultation is included. A second trial costs the same as the first. Wedding day makeup is a custom application that can include long-wearing foundation, highlight and contour, blush, false lashes, brows, eye makeup and lip color, and airbrush makeup is available on request, with body airbrushing as a paid upgrade. Hair and makeup timing is about an hour for the bride and 40 to 45 minutes for other attendees. Early call makeup for 4 to 7 AM is available as an add-on, and each additional artist for parties over five attendants is priced separately.

Booking details are set out clearly. A bridal retainer is $200, or 50% of the total for contracts with fewer than four people, and a wedding date is held only once a signed contract and the retainer have both been received. Full payment for the wedding day is due two weeks before the wedding. The retainer is nonrefundable but can be moved to another date, and some brides pay monthly, in installments or in advance. Cancellations should be made within 48 hours of the appointment, and makeup applications are nonrefundable. Bookings are often made up to a year ahead, with peak wedding season running from March through October. Travel fees apply for work outside DC, and out-of-county and destination weddings can be arranged on request. Hotel services require valet parking charged to the room or suite.

Production work covers on-set makeup for television, commercial, documentary, corporate and podcast projects, including on-set touch-ups and continuity across multi-day shoots and live broadcasts. Standby artists can stay on-site after hair and makeup to handle touch-ups during an event, photoshoot or production.

Makeup lessons begin with an audit of the client's makeup kit and can include optional prep suggestions based on a photo. The two-hour hands-on lesson can be followed by an optional Zoom session. Group lessons cover skin prep, foundation matching, contouring, eyeshadow, brows, lashes and finishing, while look and learn demonstrations are observation only. The business serves clients of all skin tones, ages and backgrounds, and it customizes product choices to each client's skin texture, type and tone.
