Bridal appointments are available seven days a week, including unusual hours, and bookings are taken for any party size, from a single bride to large bridal parties.

Each treatment and package is tailored to the client's personal style. Lash extensions come in three main styles. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash, volume sets fan two or more of the lightest extensions onto each natural lash, and hybrid sets blend classic lashes with volume fans in a 50/50 mix. Mega volume sets use double the number of lashes per extension compared with the standard volume set. Extensions are synthetic or silk, in lengths from 7mm to 18mm. A first application takes almost two hours, and touch-ups are recommended every three to four weeks. Listed prices include a classic set at $145 for a full set, with two-week fills at $65, and a hybrid set at $165 for a full set, with two-week fills at $75.

Brow threading is shaped to each client's face and eye shape, uses organic cotton thread, and involves no chemicals or wax; a brow threading visit takes under 15 minutes. Brow lamination is a three-step treatment that straightens brow hairs and can be paired with threading or with a tint and shape. Permanent makeup options include microblading, which uses a handheld tool with tiny needles to place hair-like pigment strokes, and ombré powder brows, which use tiny dots of pigment for a fuller, softer look. Microblading is semi-permanent, takes about 30 days to heal, and is not offered to anyone under 18. Lip blushing and lip neutralization are also offered.

According to the salon, waxing is its main focus. It uses soft strip wax and does not offer hard wax, and the salon says its waxes are hypoallergenic and designed for sensitive skin. Appointments take between 10 and 90 minutes depending on the area and hair density, and the salon recommends waiting three to five weeks between visits. Disposable underwear is offered for classic and French bikini waxes. Male genital waxing is not offered.

Cancellations or changes require 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged a fee capped at $100, lash extension cancellations carry a $50 fee, and permanent makeup cancellations carry a $100 fee. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, after which a late arrival is charged 10% of the service to the card on file. The salon also runs lash and brow training classes covering microblading, brow threading, lash extensions, Hyaluron-Pen, micro shading, lash lift and tint, and lip blushing.
