Concept MedSpa + Wellness is a locally owned, independently operated medical aesthetic and wellness business. It grew out of Concept Chiropractic & Regenerative Medicine, the parent practice that has served Fairfax and Northern Virginia for more than two decades. Co-founders Amira Hegazi and Shirine Hegazi started the medspa to offer natural, evidence-based aesthetic care and access to advanced technology in a setting built around careful, high-quality treatment.

A visit begins with a medical and aesthetic consultation that reviews the skin, past treatments, concerns and goals. From there the team builds an individualized plan that includes maintenance strategies and customized home care, followed by ongoing check-ins. Clients mostly work with the same aesthetician or medical provider throughout treatment, and the whole team takes part in planning.

Services span facial treatments, skin treatments such as acne care, laser and light devices, microneedling and skin tightening, hair restoration with PRP and biologics, and medical wellness services that include medically supervised weight management and intramuscular vitamin injections. The team also treats sensitive, reactive or previously damaged skin, including corrective work on procedures done elsewhere. Procedures use medical-grade protocols, sterile technique and monitoring during treatment, and are performed or overseen by licensed medical professionals.
