A first appointment is spent on a person's health background and what they want from care, which then guides the choice of services or lab tests. Care then moves through an initial consultation, a comprehensive or wellness assessment, and a tailored plan, with follow-up visits to continue treatment. Before arriving, clients are asked to gather recent lab results, a list of current medications and supplements, and notes on their most troubling symptoms. Visits are best booked in advance, either online through the website or by calling the clinic.

Lab testing is ordered through a physician, and clients call the practice to place an order. Samples are collected at home from urine, saliva, hair or a finger-prick, with results in about two weeks, and every lab test includes a review consultation to build a personalized plan. The practice works with Cyrex, Genova, Doctors Data, Great Plains (Mosaic), Diagnostic Solutions, ZRT and other labs.

The aesthetic side includes microneedling, which is offered as a series of four spaced three to four weeks apart, and chemical peels offered on the same schedule. Endermolift is a non-surgical facial treatment that uses mechanical stimulation with no needles, surgery, injections or electrical currents. The clinic also offers a no-needle topical alternative to Botox and radio frequency wrinkle reduction with the EndyMed PRO device. The Gut Fix Program runs six weeks, with an initial one-hour consultation, six 30-minute weekly consultations and six weekly colonics; it does not include lab tests, which are offered and recommended separately.

Before a colonic, clients should not eat or drink for one hour, and are asked to bring completed intake forms or arrive 15 minutes early. Appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel, and same-day emergency cancellations are charged the full appointment amount. Pricing depends on the service and any lab tests involved, so the business asks clients to contact it for current pricing before booking.
