Teresa Rispoli

Teresa Rispoli founded Complete Health and leads the Complete Health Institute clinic in Agoura Hills. She also started the Functional Nutritionist Academy. She has three decades of work across functional medicine, nutrition, holistic health and beauty, and her credentials are DCN, L.Ac. and Lic.Est.

She earned a doctorate in clinical nutrition, naturopathy and oriental medicine, and is licensed in California as both an acupuncturist and an esthetician. She is also a certified colon hydrotherapist and a certified lymphologist. Her designations are Master Herbalist, Orthopedic Pain Specialist, Clinical Nutritionist, Functional Medicine Practitioner and Functional Nutritionist.

Her focus is functional medicine and alternative skincare, with particular interest in gut health and healthy aging. As a licensed esthetician she provides aesthetic facial treatments. Her practice includes care for autoimmune and chronic illness, along with weight loss and anti-aging programs. Her approach involves personalized nutrition, hormone balancing and detox plans, reviewed and adjusted over time. Her areas of expertise also include Reiki, emotional freedom release, chakra balancing, guided meditation and computerized electrodermal testing.
