Elois, the owner, runs the studio and styles hair there.

The menu covers several braided and twisted styles. Braids include knotless box braids, medium box braids with a visible knot at the base, feed-in stitch braids, braided ponytails and kinky twists using X-pression extension hair. Soft locs are crochet faux locs. For locs, the studio offers a dedicated consultation, retwists without styling, barrel and two-strand twists, traditional starter locs, loc repair and reattachment, and loc styling with extensions. Men can book cornrows, braids, and barrel or two-strand twists, and natural hair can be styled or finished with Miracle Knots. A take down and wash service is available for clients who want their braids removed and their hair cleansed.

Appointments are booked through the website or by text. A deposit confirms the booking and is non-refundable, but if a client cancels it can be applied to a rescheduled visit. Shampoo is not part of the standard styling price or time, so clients who want one must request it in advance; adding it lengthens the appointment by at least an hour, depending on hair length, density and condition. Clients are asked to arrive with hair freshly washed, detangled and blow-dried. A $15 late fee applies at fifteen minutes late, and appointments are cancelled if a client is thirty minutes late without contacting the studio. Questions are handled by text, and the studio asks that clients not call.

The studio sits inside Ariana's Hair Studio, with a parking lot beside the building and more street parking nearby. Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10 am to 7 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 8 pm, and the studio is closed on Mondays.

The studio aims to offer care from the founder through to every front-line worker, and to keep its styles affordable and consistent.
