Appointments are planned around a chair window of about two to three hours, with two or three stylists often working on the same head. Shampoo and conditioning are included with every service. Private styling rooms are available by reservation for the length of an appointment, and private room bookings and services over $300 include complimentary drinks, including non-alcoholic wine and champagne.

The menu runs from classic cornrows and stitch braids to boho knotless, twists, locs and weave installs, with a separate kids menu for ages 12 and under at flat rates. Final prices depend on hair length, density and any extensions added. A 30-minute style consultation costs $35 and is credited toward the service. Braiding hair is sold in several colors, and clients may bring their own pre-stretched hair.
