The business covers three main areas: color, haircuts and hair extensions.

Color services include lived-in color, full blonding, touch-ups for both, toner and gloss, and single process color. Haircuts can be a trim on a current cut or a new look.

Extensions come in three methods. Sew-in extensions are hand sewn with no glue or adhesive and are chosen for maximum density. Tape-in extensions use a tape adhesive and suit short or blunt areas of hair. K tip extensions are custom sized and are used as filler for the crown and hairline, especially on lower-density hair. Sew-in and tape-in installs are generally expected to last about six to eight months with reinstalls every six to eight weeks, while K tip installs can last up to three to six months and use new hair at each install.

Booking starts with a consultation requested through the form on the booking page. Extension installs are only booked after an in-person consultation, which is also where an exact extension quote and color match are determined. Color education material is also sold separately as digital PDFs for those who want to study color theory.

Services are planned around the individual client's hair and goals, with in-person consultations where pricing and color matching are settled before work begins.
