Colour Parlor Creations is owned and was founded by Claire Bonnes, who also works as the salon's colorist. The salon offers color services, haircuts, blowouts, the Peter Coppola smoothing treatment, extension consultations and makeup color matching. It also sells Seint Makeup and gift cards.

The salon is open Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Free parking is available behind the building. Guests who arrive early, or while Claire is with another guest, are asked to wait in the lobby. There is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, and guests more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows and late cancellations are charged 50% of the appointment total to the card on file, and that charge is non-refundable. Cut and color adjustment requests made within one week of a service are free. Sales are processed through Square and cash is accepted with exact change requested. Checks, PayPal and Venmo are not accepted. Product returns require the receipt and must be made within two weeks of purchase, and half-full products cannot be returned.

Color and cuts are personalized to each guest's natural beauty.
