Extension clients begin with a free 20-minute extension consultation to talk through color, length, fullness and pricing. If the install is booked for that day, a 50% deposit of the extension service is due at the consultation. Color consultations are also free, last 15 minutes, and are held in person to discuss color goals; color services cannot be done on the same day as a consultation.

Cancellations need 12 hours' notice. Cancellations made inside that window are charged 20% of the total services booked. A no-show is charged a 50% non-refundable fee on all services booked, and future bookings after a no-show require a 50% deposit per service.

The salon is open Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. According to the salon, its keratin treatment eliminates frizz and adds shine, with results lasting three to six months.
