The studio is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and closed on Sundays and Mondays. Appointments are booked through Glossgenius. A 15-minute consultation is free. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients who cancel are charged 50% of the service price and are asked to tell the studio as early as possible if they need to reschedule.

Hair extensions are handled with a separate consultation, which is required before any extension service. It costs $50 and takes 30 minutes, and covers hair goals, which extension type suits the client's lifestyle, and color matching. Half of it is kept if the client does not show up.

Color and cut work is planned around each client, with extension goals discussed in a consultation before any service.
