Short certification classes include a two-day Foundations of Makeup Artistry course for $800, covering history, infection control, product chemistry, color theory, facial features, eyeshadow, brows, foundation and lips, where attendees bring a model for the second day. Wig making options include a two-day in-person Wig Making Intensive in Arlington for $599 with 10 seats, a one-day machine-made class with a full kit at $1,600, and a two-day hand-tied class at $1,500 with a full ventilation kit, limited to 3 students. A free virtual information session is available for anyone deciding whether wig making suits them. Applicants must be at least 17 with a valid state-issued ID. Admission includes a non-refundable $100 application fee, an essay of up to 300 words, a one-to-one Zoom interview and references.
