Booking policies ask for 24 hours notice to cancel haircuts, 48 hours for color and 72 hours for corrections and specialty colors. New clients are asked for a 20% deposit, a credit card is kept on file, and late cancellations may incur a 50% fee while no-shows are charged 75%. Adjustment requests for haircuts or color must be made within 5 days, and services are not refundable.
