Haircuts are priced by length. Buzz cuts and undercuts include a clipper cut with one guard, a line up, and an optional eyebrow trim and ear shave at no extra charge. Short cuts cover hair above the shoulders, including any clipper cut, and longer cuts cover shoulder length and beyond.

Color services are priced at $110 per hour, and a haircut can be added at the hourly rate. Options include Natural Color for blondes, brunettes, reds and coppers, with calico or all-solid choices; Custom Vivid color; and Hair Tattoo, which pairs a full or partial shaved head with painted designs. A color consultation, by text, video chat or in person on request, comes first and includes a test strand and a time estimate. Clients must book the consultation before a color service and complete a new client form.

Other services include hair tinsel priced by the bead, design tape-in extensions with premade or custom panels, hair treatments such as deep conditioning, scalp, bonding and protein options, and airbrush makeup for events, which also requires a consultation first. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 7 PM, with Monday closed. Color services require a non-refundable deposit, which may or may not transfer to a rescheduled appointment depending on notice. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full fee, and arriving more than 10 to 15 minutes late without notice adds a 20% up charge. Arriving more than 20 minutes late is treated as a no call/no show, so the service is not performed and the appointment must be rebooked. For some color services, photos may be requested after checkout.
