Visits begin with a consultation, which runs about 30 minutes and is listed at no charge. It's a chance to talk through hair goals and choose a service, and stylists build the appointment around each client's hair, style and goals. Many color services are priced after that conversation, so the final cost depends on the plan.

The menu is broad. Color work includes custom color, toner and gloss, all-over color without foils, root touch-ups, lowlights and corrective color billed by the hour for uneven, banded or previously colored hair. Lightening includes balayage, highlights in several sizes, money pieces and full blonding. Haircuts run from kids' cuts and teen cuts to women's and men's cuts, with a separate curly cut that is shaped to natural curl pattern and uses curling technique and products. Styling covers blowouts, flat-iron and curl add-ons, formal styling for events, trial runs before a wedding or shoot, and bridal updos.

Booking, deposits and recurring membership charges are handled through Square. Appointment reminders and scheduling messages may be sent by text, and clients can reply STOP to opt out. The salon may use photos and videos taken inside for its own promotional and marketing purposes.

Stylists plan each visit around the individual client's hair, desired look and goals, starting with a consultation before the service is chosen.
