Color work is the core of the menu. Vivid options range from a small accent block or money piece to a full transformation for clients with previous color history, and returning vivid clients can book a retouch within seven to eight weeks to keep the same color scheme. Other color services include balayage, a full-head deposit color with no bleach, full and partial highlights, mini face-framing highlights, a gloss for shine, hair tinsel and root touch-ups for grey coverage. Color correction covers removing box dye, permanent color and banding and is priced hourly at $100 per hour, with the final price depending on the products used and the hair's history.

Cuts and treatments are offered alongside color. Haircuts include a wash and style, while a bang trim or undercut trim is a shorter service at $20 that does not include a full haircut or styling. Buzzcut designs are for hair one inch or less, including side shaves and undercuts. Treatments include a deep conditioning service and an exfoliating scalp treatment, both at $40, a K-18 treatment at $50, and a triple wash with a custom treatment for the client's hair. A creative package combines a customized treatment with product guidance and runs most of a working day.

The studio is open Monday through Wednesday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, closed Friday through Sunday. A 30% deposit of the total appointment cost is due upfront and is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment incur a 50% fee, and no-shows on the day are charged the full cost. The business reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
