New clients begin with a consultation, which is required before a first appointment and runs 30 minutes at a price that varies. It is used to review hair history, budget and how much upkeep a client wants, so the color or extension plan fits their routine.
Color services range from root touchups and toner refreshes to partial and full highlights and lived-in color. Lived-in color combines balayage, babylights, foilayage and root smudge with toner, deep conditioning, a blowout and a haircut, and a consultation is strongly suggested before booking it. Lived-in results usually last 8 to 16 weeks.
Extension clients have an extension consultation first, then return every 6 to 8 weeks for a move up appointment. Move ups come in 1, 2 and 3 row versions, and the salon also offers a mini move up and extension adjustments. The salon advises extension clients to avoid sunscreen on extension hair, to skip tight or high ponytails, and to keep heat tools about 1.5 inches from fusion bonds.
Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 1pm to 9pm, Thursday and Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 3pm. The salon is closed Mondays and Sundays.
