Booking is done through an online form where clients choose a service, a preferred date and a time of day. Bozhena then calls or texts to confirm the appointment time. Clients who are not sure which service they need can book a consultation. Final pricing depends on hair length and density and is confirmed at that consultation. A deposit of $50 applies to color services and $25 to cuts and treatments, and it is applied toward the service price. It is refunded in full if the appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours ahead; later cancellations are not refunded.

Color work begins with a consultation that reviews the client's service history, followed by a strand test and a patch test. The menu covers highlights, balayage, AirTouch, all-over color, toning and glazing, reconstruction and nano hair extensions. Highlight pricing is set for medium length and density and includes the consultation, hair preparation, the highlights themselves, a toner and aftercare. Highlights start at $200, balayage at $250 and AirTouch at $300.

Besides services for clients, the salon runs an online, self-paced continuing education course for stylists on correcting color with high-lift cream color, for both naturally colored hair and hair that has been colored with products. The course costs $55 and is delivered through a narrated video case study followed by a 10-question final exam. Students need a passing score on the exam to receive a Certificate of Attendance.

Color appointments start with a consultation, a service history review, a strand test and a patch test before any color is applied.
