A consultation is a 20-minute appointment, listed at no charge, that covers a client's hair and color history, current condition, lifestyle needs and reference photos. It is required before a weft extension install and recommended before a vivid shades add-on. Many services are priced from a starting amount, with the final price depending on the work. A $25 additional product charge applies only when extra color is needed because of hair length, thickness or density.
Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, by phone or email, and a 50% fee applies to changes made within 24 hours. No-shows are charged the full service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are also offered.
The studio pairs careful consultation with color and styling work chosen around each client's hair and daily life.
