Color visits begin with a conversation. New clients for color services, and anyone changing their color, book a consultation by phone or text; it is free and takes about ten minutes. Clients bring three inspiration photos and pictures of their current hair, and the stylist reaches out within 48 hours before any appointment is booked.

Color options range from a semi-permanent gloss or toner for shine and tone, to a single solid color for the whole head, root retouching to match color or cover grey, partial and full highlights, balayage and foilyage, and a full-head bleach. Haircuts include a wash, cut and blowout, and the blow-out-and-style service can use hot tools.

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled online at least 72 hours ahead. Deposits are non-refundable, and a missed cancellation or no-show forfeits the deposit, with a new one needed for any future booking. The studio aims to feel warm and welcoming, a place where clients can relax.

Each color service is planned from a consultation and reference photos, so the client and stylist agree on the goal before the appointment.
