Each session is one-on-one, so the stylist is the only client in the room while the work is done.
A visit begins with draping fabrics over the client to find the palette that suits them, using the 16-palette system. The session looks at skin tone, eye color, hair color, undertone, chroma, contrast and overall coloring. From there the client receives a list of their best and worst colors, suggestions for hair color and hairstyles based on face shape, makeup guidance, the metals that harmonize with their coloring, and patterns to wear or avoid.
Take-home materials include a digital palette with Pantone shades, a custom hair color formula based on the palette, personalized photos showing the client in their best colors, and a video recap of the results. Makeup products suited to the palette are available to purchase, and ongoing support is offered after the analysis. Gift certificates are available.
Appointments run 90 minutes to 2 hours. Clients are asked to arrive on time, since late starts are not accepted, and to come with no makeup on. Rescheduling is possible within 24 hours of the appointment, and cancellations are charged $50. The price is $399 for one analysis, or $599 for two.
