Color services cover gloss treatments, root retouching that includes grey coverage at the roots, and foil highlights in three sizes: mini foil for face-framing pieces, partial foil focused on the crown and top sections, and full foil for full-head highlights, lowlights or both. Color correction is offered for previous color, uneven tones or results a client wants fixed, with the goal of protecting hair health. Because correction can take several sessions, a consultation is required before booking, and the consultation includes a test strand, wash and blowout.

Cuts and styling include haircuts for one-length cuts, layering and face-framing, along with blowouts and optional add-ons. A short add-on haircut is available for clients who are also booked for a color or chemical service, and an add-on for extra thick or dense hair extends the appointment.

Extension services cover a new-client consultation, fixes for existing clients such as loose wefts or slipped beads, and sew-in weft installs in one, two or three rows for existing clients. Extension hair itself is not included in row install pricing, and existing extension hair must be approved before installation.

Pricing may change if an appointment needs extra services, product or time, and any change is discussed before it is done. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may need to be rebooked, and no additional guests are allowed in appointments. Payment is due at the end of the visit, and cash, card, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App and check are accepted. Gift cards are available in set amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
