Visits are meant to feel relaxed and personal. A coffee bar offers espresso served hot or iced, lattes and cappuccinos in vanilla, caramel, sea salt caramel and white chocolate flavors. Soft drinks, sweet tea, orange soda, peach sparkling water and plain water are also available.

The menu is organized into blonding, color, cuts and styling, install pricing, and Invisible Bead Extensions. Blonding ranges from a quick mini highlight along the front hairline and part line to full head highlights, babylights, balayage and bleach services. Color covers root retouches, lowlights, all over color, and consultation-based color correction and vivid color. Cut and style services include women's and girls' haircuts, trims, shampoo and style, updos and a Brazilian Blowout.

Extension work is a major part of the studio. Invisible Bead Extensions are installed and moved up, and each reinstall removes the rows fully and replaces the beads and string instead of sliding existing beads up. Extension cost depends on length, color, the IBE brand and the amount needed, so clients book an extension consultation first to get a quote. Purchased extensions must be installed within six months of purchase, and extension sales are final.

Booking policies cover the practical details. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours ahead return the deposit. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten, change or move the appointment. No-call and no-show appointments are charged the full booked amount. Concerns about hair should be raised within one week, and redo appointments must be booked within two weeks of the original visit. Parents may leave minors during appointments, but the studio does not provide childcare or supervision.

The studio aims for personalized visits in a relaxed setting, with consultations used to match color and style to what each client wants.
