Intimate waxing is offered as a first visit or a returning visit, and face and body waxing covers the face, upper body, and lower body. Lash services are also split between new and returning guests.
Scheduling works a little differently here. The online schedule opens on the 1st of each month, and prebooking is not available. Last-minute openings are posted on Instagram stories. Hair appointments are not booked through the main site; each stylist takes their own bookings.
Lash appointments are time sensitive. Clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup, to be on time, since arriving more than five minutes late may lead to rescheduling and an additional late cancellation fee. For 24 hours after a lash service, clients are asked to avoid hot water, steam, showers, pools, sweating, saunas, jacuzzis, exercise, and lotions, creams, or oils.
