New clients find the suite by entering the business name on the digital screen at the front door. An initial full set takes about 90 minutes and a fill about 30 minutes. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, free of mascara, facial creams and residue from oil-based eye makeup removers.
Booking is available online at any hour with instant confirmation. Appointments are cancelled automatically if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. First-time clients complete and submit a consent form before their appointment.
Afterward, clients avoid water and steam for the first 24 hours and sleep on their back. Brow waxing and other irritating treatments in the eye area are best avoided. Anyone who is pregnant, taking medication, managing a medical condition or allergy, or recovering from a medical procedure is advised to check with their doctor before booking.
Each extension is applied to a single natural lash using medical grade adhesive.
