Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome. Clients who book by phone at the Algonquin or Hoffman Estates locations can handle changes through those numbers. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and group parties need 48 hours. Missing that notice can cost a deposit or a package.

The menu is broad: classic and specialty pedicures, several manicure tiers, gel polish, acrylic and Gel X extensions, dipping powder, nail art add-ons such as French, chrome and cat eye, and waxing from lip and brow to full leg. Kid services cover manicures and pedicures for ages 10 and under. Prices vary by location, and many services are listed with starting prices.

The salon says it follows sanitized, clean and professional practices. It uses one-time-use buffers and files and liner protection for every kind of pedicure, and its paraffin wax is never recycled. Dissatisfied clients are asked to come back so the nails can be inspected, and problems are corrected at no charge by rescheduling with the original technician. Services received within three days of an appointment can be adjusted if they cannot be refunded. A 10-day guarantee covers shellac, dipping and nail services.

Several discounts are offered. Clients get 10% off main services on their birthday with ID. Medical staff, students, military, teachers and seniors over 65 get 10% off main services on Monday to Wednesday, with the relevant badge or ID where required. Clients also earn 2% cash rewards on their total bill, redeemable up to $10 against any service. Gift card orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.

The salon emphasizes sanitized, clean and professional service, with single-use tools and liner protection for pedicures.
