Before a first visit, clients fill out a questionnaire about their skin and their skincare goals. Each session opens with a brief consultation to agree on the treatments, and the studio keeps a record of each client's treatment history and progress. Post-care instructions are given after treatments.

The facial menu includes a 60-minute Standard Facial for $120 and a 75-minute Deluxe Facial for $150, which add extractions, targeted treatments, massage and finishing products. Deep Tissue Treatment is a 90-minute deluxe facial with specialized massage for $210. DiamondGlow is offered as a 45-minute Express facial for $190, a 60-minute standard version for $220, and a 75-minute deluxe version for $250. A 30-minute LED add-on costs $40, and blackhead extractions for moderate to severe blackheads are a 10-minute add-on for $30 that uses steam, a salicylic acid peel and manual extraction.

Some waxing appointments may run longer than 30 minutes, and end times can shift. Price and duration depend on the service chosen when the appointment is confirmed.
