Jenny reviews the products a client already uses, their routine and their goals, then sets out a customized facial plan, a skin care regimen and a schedule for when and how to use each product. The facial itself covers cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, massage, masking and finishing products, adjusted to skin type and condition. Clients booking a first appointment are asked to arrive 10 minutes early and to text any questions ahead of the appointment.
