Face Workouts are planned by a Face Trainer, who builds a customized session from machines and modalities suited to the client's skin type, needs and lifestyle, and each Face Workout appointment reserves a full hour with that trainer.

Signature offerings include MDSE Skin Resurfacing, a machine the business says is used only at Club Skin Gym, along with Smart Peel, the Core Treatment and Powerhouse Treatment combinations, and several peels for pigmentation, skin detox and the under-eye area. Monthly skincare classes and pop-up workshops taught by Face Trainers are also offered.

Hours and booking differ by location. Villa Park and Laguna Hills are open Tuesday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm and take online bookings. The Bakersfield and Fresno locations are open Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm, and take appointments by phone. Payment is collected at booking, and payment plans and gift cards are offered. Same-day cancellations are charged $50, no-call no-show appointments are charged full price, and cancelling or rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice avoids a charge.

Face Trainers build a customized plan based on skin type, ethnicity, needs and lifestyle, and Face Workouts combine several treatments in a single session.
