Each facial opens with an in-depth consultation to decide whether extractions are needed. High-frequency, aromatherapy, Gua Sha, cupping or CBD can be included at no added cost. The Clove + Sage Signature Facial is a 90-minute option with a hand and arm massage, warm lavender mitts, hot towels and a foot and leg scrub, and clients can choose Clove or Sage lotion during it.

Massages are customized and can draw on cupping, hot stones, Gua Sha, lymphatic drainage and aromatherapy, finished with a steamed eye mask, hot towels and healing compresses. Lengths range from 60 minutes to 90 minutes, with TMJ-focused sessions and a combined massage and facial experience also offered.

The skincare lines are described as all-natural and non-toxic, made with sustainably sourced ingredients. The business carries Green Envee, with featured moisturizers, peels, cleansers, serums, eye products, a facial mist and a muscle cream priced from $31 to $89. Gift cards can be bought online or picked up by appointment.

Reservations require a valid credit card, which is charged only for a no-show. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice; later cancellations are charged half the service price, and no-shows are charged the full booked amount. A deposit applies to the Clove + Sage Signature Facial and the Massage + Facial Fusion. Payment is due at the visit by cash, credit or debit, and tipping is up to the client. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian consent form, and a parent or guardian must be present for clients under 16.
