Booking involves a few steps. Clients need to follow the studio's Instagram account to book, and a consent form must be completed before the appointment. Lash removal requires a small deposit, and color lash sets must be requested by text before booking. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings in a set price range, with approval needed before the appointment.

Preparation is simple but matters. Clients should avoid caffeine before the visit and arrive with clean lashes and no makeup, and an extra charge applies if a lot of eye makeup has to be removed first. Contacts should not be worn during the service, and extra guests are not allowed. For brow lamination, retinols and exfoliants should be stopped two weeks ahead and brows kept dry for 24 hours afterward. For lip waxing, actives or skin-thinning products should be stopped at least four weeks ahead. Appointments run about 1 to 1.5 hours for fills and 2.5 to 3 hours for full sets.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms apply. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are charged half the service price and forfeit the retainer. Retainers are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late without notice are automatically canceled.
