Cloud Nine Beauty

Its core services are lash work, brow work, facials and waxing, and clients can book through the website, by email, or by phone. The online booking menu includes brow shaping, lash extensions, lash extension refills, fast express lashes, lash lift and tint, facials, makeup, and waxing.

The business also teaches beauty professionals. According to the business, training is led by an industry professional with real-world experience and includes hands-on practice on live models and mannequins, along with training kits and resources. An official certificate is issued on completion, and mentorship continues after the course ends. Students enroll through a contact form on the website, pricing is not published so prospective students are asked to get in touch for it, and payment for a class must be made in full before it begins. Clients must be at least 18 or have a parent or guardian's consent to receive services.

Booking carries firm terms. A non-refundable deposit holds an appointment, and if the business cancels or reschedules, that deposit is kept as credit that does not expire. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice; a late cancellation carries a fee of 50% of the original cost and forfeits the deposit, while a missed appointment without notice is charged the full service price. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may cost the appointment and may bring a no-show fee if the business was not told about the delay. Services and products are paid in full at booking or before the service, using cash, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or debit or credit cards. Refunds are not given for completed services, though adjustments or store credit may be offered at the business's discretion if a concern is raised within 72 hours.

The online shop sells products for both professionals and consumers. Items listed include a lash growth enhancement serum, a lash aftercare package, do-it-yourself lash extension kits, and premium lash extensions in mixed lengths. Online orders take 24 to 72 hours to process and cannot be changed once placed. Services and offerings are subject to availability and may change or be discontinued.
