Clients can shape their visit by choosing the lighting, an optional aroma, music or media, and a beverage. Options range from basic maintenance with no polish to gel, Gel X, builder gel overlays and extensions, and the full package menu, with several add-ons such as jelly soaks, paraffin, and nail art.
Appointments are given priority and walk-ins are welcome. A free consultation is offered during available hours to talk through nail goals. Night appointments are available by approval, and Buy Now, Pay Later can be arranged in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. No deposit, cancellation fee, or late fee is currently charged. Existing clients have a 15-minute grace period, after which the appointment cannot be taken, and clients who no-show cannot book again.
Hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 8 AM to 9 PM, Thursday closed, Friday and Saturday 9 AM to 11 PM, and Sunday 8 AM to 9 PM. Product removal is handled in a few ways: removing the client's own product is free, and removing another salon's product costs $15 and does not include basic maintenance. Fills are not done over another salon's work, so that product must be fully removed first, with removal booked before the service. Gel X enhancements are removed at each fill, so removal should be booked if another set is planned.
Each visit is one client at a time in a private suite, with the setup adjusted to what the client chooses.
