Clients who are unsure what to book can request a free skin type assessment. Estheticians may suggest a customized series for acne, pigmentation or anti-aging goals, and the spa advises most clients to come in for a facial every four to six weeks for general skin maintenance. Facials run from short 20-minute resurfacing sessions to 90-minute deep cleansing treatments, and the spa does not take walk-ins.

Facials are performed with Circadia professional skincare products. The spa says its facials use natural ingredients and non-invasive treatments. Waxing uses a beeswax-based hard wax removed without strips, with sugar wax available for more delicate areas, and clients can choose up to five areas for face waxing. Gift cards are available for purchase. The spa is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:30 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm, and it is closed Sunday and Monday.

The spa describes its facials as using natural ingredients and non-invasive treatments. For anti-aging work it says results usually take a combination of treatments over three to six months, with the best results typically at six to twelve months.
